In addition to our popular Stage470LT, and in keeping with our philosophy of a "niche market" trumpet, we now offer the five additional models below:
The Balanced Ballad #1 Bb Trumpet
Our flagship model - The Balanced Ballad #1 is a complete redesign and is designed to complement our Stage 470LT. This horn, unlike our Stage 470LT, is not intended to be an all around trumpet. It is designed to be a mellow, very dark, fluid playing trumpet for intimate studio and small ensemble situations - perfect for the dark, smokey jazz clubs.
Specs are as follows:
- Heavy tube leadpipe design and mouthpiece receiver for high efficiency
- Braced tuning slide and bell bend with our balanced Tai Chi (Yin and Yang) design
- Extra large bell flair in red brass with a nice natural patina beneath the lacquer
- Large .466" bore
- Stainless steel pistons (harder to manufacture, but more durable than monel)
- Extra Heavy finger buttons, stems, top caps and bottom caps
- Improved amado style water keys (functionally superior to past designs)

The Balanced Ballad #2 Bb Trumpet
The Balanced Ballad #2 is modeled after the BB #1 but with a much more traditional bell flair. It is still a very dark sounding horn but is more suited to all around playing than the BB #1.

The Concert 460LT Bb Trumpet

The Concert 460LT is our newest model made to our specifications in the new Blessing factory in Elkhart, IN. The playing characteristics and sound of this trumpet must be experienced to be fully appreciated. This horn is intented to be a classical style trumpet but is equally at home in playing commercial/jazz as well.

The Concert 470LT Bb Trumpet
The Concert 470LT is a modification of our Stage 470LT design and is more suited to a classical musical setting. The .470 bore, 72 bell taper and lightweight bell make this horn very free blowing with excellent response and a sound that is dark and full. This is a very versatile instrument that can be used for jazz or classical style but has a slight nod towards classical.

- Minimal bracing
- Lightweight brass 72 style bell
- Large .470" bore
- Hand-lapped monel pistons
- Includes standard and medium weight bottom valve caps

The Stage 470LT Bb Trumpet
We set out to design a trumpet that matches the musical diversity found in Austin, TX and are very pleased with the result. We had in mind many characteristics that we wanted the horn to possess – many of them difficult at best to produce without having different models for different playing situations. We are very proud to say that after several prototypes, we have succeeded in what we setout to do – create a horn that does many things extremely well without sacrifices. Many dark sounding horns sound dull and many energetic horns sound too bright and shrill. The "Austin " takes the best from both worlds, producing a dark tone with the high energy usually only associated with an “edgy” sound.
